  • What is a group coaching call in HHC?
    These calls occur once a month on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 12:00 EST via zoom. Group calls are similar to an accountability call but in a group setting. The benefits of being in a group are sharing experiences and strategies with others on a similar journey. These types of calls can be even more effective than one on one for many clients, especially with weight loss. We will share wins, set goals and hold each other accountable. Come prepared with any questions you have as well as a pen and paper for taking notes. Keep in mind that you’ll be sharing with a group but nothing you share will ever be made public and replays will only be provided to group members who miss.
  • What is a one-on-one accountability call in Health Habits Collective (HHC)?
    · Assessment of 10 health and metabolic parameters with scoring · Discussion around progress on the 5 core foundational habits · Food log review (if applicable) · Review and assessment of weight progress, any recent labs (if applicable) · Review of GLP-1 progress, dosing, side effects, strategy, etc One on one's are an additional cost. Be sure to message me if you're interested in continuing with one-on-one coaching.
  • What is the Metabolic Transformation Method and how is that different?
    While HHC focuses on nailing down the core foundations, it is meant to be a kickstart in the right direction. The MTM program is a method is a progression from the core foundations of HHC. This program is both a health and body optimization program that is designed specifically for women over 35 to learn the tools to balance metabolism that is specific to women of this age range, while paying special attention to the hormonal landscape. As a menopause coaching specialist, personal trainer and weight loss coach, I have identified 4 top pillars of health to be addressed to achieve these goals. This is a full mentorship program which aims to work on body recomposition (loss of fat and gain of muscle mass) while actually increasing metabolic rate instead of slowing it down! A slowed metabolism is a common pitfall of quick weight loss diets and even with use of GLP-1s (like Semaglutide) when the lifestyle factors do not compliment the correct use of these meds. Women over 35 are already fighting against several factors that contribute to weight gain and the last thing we want is to make things worse by focusing on the wrong things. This program cuts the nonsense and confusion and tells you exactly how to manage diet, detoxification, stress, and exercise over age 35, so you can THRIVE! Not only that, but this program is designed to be a full support system where you will have a variety of forms of accountability touch points each week as well as meet a community of other women who are also on a similar journey.
