While the things you put on your skin or use daily will carry the most impact, other great starting swaps are detergents, cleaning products, deodorants, makeup, haircare, cleaning products, air freshener/fragrances/candles. Start were your feel comfortable.
Make swaps slowly and intentionally — add before you subtract.
Focus on alignment with your values and overall health, not trends or aesthetics.
